TEXTILE STANDARDS

Textile standards such as GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, Oeko-Tex require annual audits, and companies that successfully pass these audits are entitled to receive the relevant certificate.

During the inspections carried out by authorized organizations, topics such as Occupational Health and Workplace Safety, Worker Rights, Social Compliance, Ethics, Environment are addressed, and the company's official documents on these issues and document controls such as policies, procedures, instructions, as well as workflows showing that production is carried out in accordance with the standard. Documents belonging to the company, its suppliers and sub-manufacturers, and evidence of certified purchases and sales are examined and physical checks are carried out. Most textile standards require the entire supply chain to be certified.
